We are a Search and Selection company with bases in Cheltenham and Leicester and a network of associates enabling us to provide national coverage. All of our associates share our people-based approach, supporting the TQR brand with expertise in Financial Services, Strategy, Sales, Training and related disciplines.

The two founders have over 50 years experience between them initially in Financial Services and since 2001 in Recruitment. The Company was set up with some fundamental operating beliefs that are highlighted in the employer and candidate zones on this site. We specialise in  key areas:

• TQR Local -  New in 2009 covers Jobs within a 50 mile radius of Cheltenham.
• TQR Accountancy and Finance Launched in 2010

We operate primarily in the UK but have worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Our Network of associate companies is expanding to include other international options. We strongly believe that quality recruitment depends on knowing exactly what a Candidate requires from a role, which creates for us the desire to invest significant resources in understanding the candidate and the brief, to a level of detail that differentiates us from the pack. Over an extended period since we started trading this has enabled us to consistenly deliver industry leading conversion ratios of candidates submitted to jobs offered.
