As with all our search and selection strategies we will operate in line with these simple principles:

all candidates will be seen face to face ahead of submission to client

all candidates will be thoroughly briefed on the role, the aims of the client and any other relevant facts
-
candidates will only be submitted to your company until you or the candidate have closed discussions
-
both candidate and client will be kept informed by TQR throughout the process
