Job Overview: Confident and experienced team leader required to control team performance within a busy customer services department. You will supervise the team, leading by example, setting the tone for behaviour and providing motivation to help individuals reach their true potential.
Providing outstanding communication, leading 1-2-1 performance reviews, training activities, and technical knowledge to achieve maximum efficiency. Managing all areas of customer service and delivery of KPIs within your team, you will promote new initiatives and operating plans.
A proven leader, with strong communication skills and a record of performance within a similar role is required, coupled with strong persuasion skills, the ability to influence staff and line managers plus impeccable problem solving prowess.
