Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £19,000 plus benefits and quarterly bonus of £500

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will inherit the existing client list, placing the customer experience at the heart of everything you do. You will be provided with a range of resources that will see you as the key point of contact for all the existing customer accounts, allowing your colleagues to focus on driving sales, whilst they know the customer relationship management is in safe hands, and taken care of by you.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience of day to day pro-active account management for a small to medium base of customers
Ability to collate Key contact details within your customer base.
Knowledge of organising Events
Managing and keeping customer information up to date
If you consider yourself as extremely well organised with a friendly, confident telephone manner and proven track record of building rapport then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Coming from a previous account management / customer management background you will have solid knowledge of attending to your customers each and every need, providing a consultative and helpful approach when handling customer enquiries.
