Job Overview:
Responsibilities
Initially to play a leading role in the Unit Separation project to understand business requirements to:
Deliver, configure & test the software package selected to support the future investment operation.
Analyse source data and assist with mapping to target system in preparation for data migration, followed by test data load investigation of data issues.
Specifically to:
Write and execute test cases to test pControl and the interfaces providing input and output data.
Analyse and investigate test results & liaise with project team and software provider to assist with defect resolution.
Problem solving and enhancing the configuration to meet business requirements.
A member of the operational team with responsibilities as follows:
Provide operational input into the team, ensuring that all automated inputs to & outputs from Investment Operations systems are delivered in accordance with service level agreements & daily tasks dependent upon the inputs and outputs are completed to time and quality.
Provide support to the resolution of Investment Operations system related issues, including inputs and outputs failures & exceptions to straight through processing.
On critical unit pricing systems issues this will include out of normal working hours support for escalated issues.
